A natural ingredient's benefits for skin and hair

Gentle, hydrating and soothing  are the most keywords related to rosewater beside the fact that it's natural as it should be 100% organic for it to be of an actual use.

In this post I'm gonna be writing about how rosewater can be a multitask-er in any skincare regimen not to mention how affordable it is. The most common ways rosewater can to be used :

  • Toner : As mentioned before in one of my previous posts I'm not really a big fan of toning, after cleansing sometimes I just spray a bit of  Rosewater on my face and neck and pat it to be absorbed. As it has anti-inflammatory proprieties it soothes and hydrates the skin at the same time.

  • Aftershave :  Serving again as a great calming and redness reducing agent, Rosewater can be used after shaving as said before it has anti-inflammatory proprieties so for irritated skin this well bring relief and hydration when applied.

  • Hair treatment It's commonly used as a conditioner after shampooing hair rinsing with rosewater is ideal for dull and dry hair. Me in another hand I just stick to spraying it on my hair not much just enough to freshen it up and leave that amazing smell. But that's just me lol.

  • Eye freshener I actually store my bottle of rosewater in the fridge so it doubles that cooling effect it have. Soak a cotton pad in rosewater and apply it under your eyes for a few minutes  if you wake up with some severe puffy eyes that would do it .

This is just a few ways of using rose water I'm sure others will agree with me on this one.
But for the most part your skin and hair are definitely in need of some extra pampering with some rose water.
